On Ramps Covenant Church, Fresno

During our nonresidential Title 24 lighting inspection of this Tesla charging station in Cerritos, CA, we confirmed that the timeclock and photocell sensors were operating correctly.
Walmart, North Highlands, CA
Title 24 Lighting Inspection worked alongside the general contractor and electrical contractor during a fast-paced construction schedule at this Walmart location in North Highlands. We were able to address all Title 24 lighting concerns and corrections prior to acceptance testing and the final electrical testing.
Dell Webb at Rancho Mirage, CA
We recently completed indoor and outdoor Title 24 lighting acceptance testing for the Dell Webb at Rancho Mirage Community. Tests included Shut-Off Lighting Control Acceptance, Automatic Daylighting Control Acceptance, and Demand Responsive Lighting Control Acceptance for the facility’s office, ball rooms, kitchen, bar areas, yoga room, locker rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, parking lots, landscape lighting, and the outdoor pool area.
Automatic Daylighting Control Acceptance (NRCA-LTI-03-A)
The second most common Title 24 acceptance test is the NRCA-LTI-03-A acceptance test. This is the test for compliance of automatic daylighting systems. Daylighting is required in new construction projects with >120W in the primary daylight zones, and tenant improvements with >80% of the allowable w/sq. ft. For compliance, a system that automatically reduces electric lighting when daylight is present must be installed and calibrated to the appropriate Title 24 Code requirements.

Demand Responsive Lighting Control Acceptance (NRCA-LTI-04-A)
Verify the demand responsive control is capable of receiving a demand response signal directly or indirectly through another device and that it complies with the requirements of the California Energy Efficiency Standards.
Shut-Off Lighting Control Acceptance (NRCA-LTI-02-A)
The most common Title 24 acceptance test is comprised of testing the auto shut-off function of a lighting control system. To comply with the requirements in this test, all of the main area lighting (except emergency lighting) must automatically shut off when the space is empty. An occupancy sensing device must be installed to control the lighting in all rooms’ spaces.
