We will begin by reviewing your Title 24 Nonresidential Certificates of Compliance (NRCC) forms and construction documents to get a thorough understanding of your project.
After reviewing your project specs, we will provide you with a written proposal and accurate, upfront quote for the scope of work involved. Our rates are competitively priced and will be sent via email.
One of our technicians will visit your property for an on-site Title 24 lighting inspection. It is highly recommended that you have a business representative on-site during the inspection, which typically takes 2-3 hours depending on the size of your project.
From occupancy testing and shut-off lighting control acceptance testing to institutional tuning outdoor lighting, we will complete all state-required tests that are relevant to your building, ensuring that indoor and outdoor lighting control systems are installed and functioning properly.
We will identify any issues with installation that would prevent you from passing Title 24. As a licensed electrical contractor, we are qualified to fix most lighting controls on the same day as your scheduled inspection, saving you both the time and cost associated with retesting.
When your property passes the commercial lighting inspection and testing, we will issue a Title 24 Certificate of Acceptance. We typically provide the certificate within 24 hours of your on-site inspection when corrections and/or retesting are not required.

Our recommendations will detail the required adjustments. We’re happy to assist your electricians, lighting designers, or engineers in implementing the corrections to ensure a smooth path to compliance.
Following a successful inspection, you’ll receive your office Title 24 Certificate of Acceptance—typically within just one business day. We prioritize prompt document delivery so you can move forward with your final inspection without delays.
