Our process begins with a review of your Title 24 Nonresidential Certificates of Compliance (NRCC) forms and construction documents, which allows us to identify the number of acceptance tests your project requires and provide you with a written proposal and upfront quote for your new construction, new installation, tenant improvements, or renovation/retrofit lighting project.
Once hired, we will schedule an on-site inspection to check that your documentation is consistent with installation before performing any or all of the following state-required Title 24 tests:
