RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:

If ELP – Electrical Lighting Professionals, LLC’s customers, choose to cancel their Professional Services order, prior to the commencing of Professional Services, (Lighting Control Design, Lighting Control Start Up and Title 24 Acceptance Testing) credit is solely at the discretion of ELP – Electrical Lighting Professionals, LLC and reserves the right to offer refund, discounts, or other considerations in select circumstances at its sole discretion.  Please note: each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance, does not create the obligation to do so, in another.

 

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELATION:

ELP – Electrical Lighting Professionals, LLC’s customers, may not cancel their Professionals Services once both parties agree, confirm and schedule ELP, LLC’s onsite professional services, no credit or refund will be issued. Once ELP, LLC commences Professional Services; (Lighting Control Design, Lighting Control Start Up and Title 24 Acceptance Testing) no credit will be issued.

REFUND OR CREDIT, WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PARTIAL OR COMPLETED ELP – Electrical Lighting Professionals, LLC’s Professional Service, (Lighting Control Design, Lighting Control Start Up and Title 24 Acceptance Testing) no credit or refund will be issued.

Prices for Professional Services offered, may change at any time.
