Title 24 Lighting Inspection & Acceptance Testing
For all new construction, new installation, and renovation/retrofit projects, the California Energy Commission requires that commercial and industrial buildings meet their Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Parts 6 and 11) to reduce excess energy consumption. During an on-site Title 24 inspection, one of our Acceptance Test Technicians (ATT) will evaluate your building’s lighting control systems. In addition to helping you achieve Title 24 compliance, our goal is to improve the functionality, reliability, and efficiency of your lighting to reduce energy costs.
Following an inspection, we will perform state-required Title 24 tests necessary for your project, which may include some or all of the following:

Title 24 Lighting Certification
